Getting mileage to Loma Linda VA Hospital?  The new system requires you fill in a form and turn it in on the 2nd Floor, Travel Office.  Give us a few days and we will have the form for your use including the ability to fill in the form online and print it out for drop off on your next visit.  You could actually fill in the form the day BEFORE your next VA Loma Linda appointment and all you have to do is drop it in the “box”.  to honor the dead by helping the living Loma Linda VA Hospital Mileage Many of our members are eligible for mileage to and from their residence to the VA Hospital in Loma Linda.  As a service to our membership and other area veterans, the Post is providing both the actual mileage request form and the newly released direct deposit request form.  Please note that you do NOT sign the form at the bottom.  Fill in ONLY the in blocks that are marked in YELLOW and nothing else.  Return the direct deposit form to the VA Travel Office located on the 2nd floor, west side of the hospital.  Do NOT drop the direct deposit form into the slot but either hand it directly to the VA Travel Liaison OR slide it under his door.  If you are not sure which is his door, wait and hand it to a VA Travel official.  The VA Travel Office customer service hours are: Monday-Friday       9 AM to 11 AM   and 2 PM to 3 PM The office is being reorganized so these hours will probably change in the near future.  The Post will update this information when there are changes. Relocation of Services VA Loma Linda Hospital is undergoing some changes in the front lobby area.  Several services have been relocated during the construction.  Please refer to this official VA page for a list of changes and information on the new construction.
